		<description>Funny you bring up Damn Lies. I have been borrowing some of their code for a Django project I am currently working on. Their code base is damn similar to what I need, however I need it to be a bit more complex in size.

		<description>It could also be a year where translation communities finally manage to get the back-end infrastructure down to such dead simplified level that the actual act of translation explodes exponentially.

Having automagic consistency checkers can help translators who do small packets of strings, but do it regularly. 

I hope it would be a year where developers/maintainers finally realize that without translations a large part of the FOSS community could be denied their applications. And, both translators and maintainers collaborate more harmoniously.
