Integrated GNOME clock

So today Ken Vandine was showing off the integration of intlclock with his GNOME clock applet:

I clicked on my clock to find out, to my surprise, that all of my tasks on Tasks and appointments in Zimbra were nicely integrated with it!

Integrated clock

It would be really nice to integrate BillReminder with it too… :)

  2. @xyhthyx: The calendar is localized to pt_BR dude… hehehe

  3. I have not tryed BillReminder. Do you know gremind? It’s great, it would be really nice to integrate GRemind also…

  4. Oh, sorry, BillReminder and GRemind are not for the same thing. The second one is for more general use and the first especially for bills.

Man, this is sexy. Maybe not very useful for me (maybe some enterprise manager traveling very fast or keeping communications with various people around the world) but prettttty.

Such integration simply rocks. More of it every day!

  6. Looks cool – but where can I get it?

  7. sexy, looking forward to seeing this officially intergrate into the gnome clock applet

  8. It looks too much like the iStat menus app for Mac OS X. GNOME is always copying a lot of stuff and so do KDE. I guess they call it innovation.

  9. Awesome!
Support for locations/timezones is something I’ve wanted for years! Soon I can remove my last desklets :)

  11. Yeesh, that thing takes up half the screen! If you don’t know where New York is without a map, why would you care what time it is there?

  12. @SW: How stupid can you be? So we don’t need maps, huh? UTC – 5 happens to be my timezone, moron!

  13. [...] E a terceira burrada é minha mesmo. BlogDay hoje e passou batido por mim. Bom, obrigado ao Rodrigo pela citação. Obrigado também ao Og Maciel pela citação. [...]
